Very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently bought an electric Toro snowblower. Apparently both of it’s batteries were dead on arrival. The folks at Brooks were able to diagnose the problem. They got replacement batteries. Would recommend them. Will consider going to them in the spring when I need a new lawnmower.

Huge thank you to the team at Brooks Factory Direct Trailers. One of our trailers was wrecked in an accident today. I showed up to Brooks unannounced at 2:30 pm and within an hour I was registered and on the road with another trailer. I’ll order a replacement through these guys as well but for now they got me back up and going. Thanks Brooks!

Easiest experience. Never bought a trailer before. Walked in, picked one out, and was on the road in 20 mins. Super friendly staff and the salesman steered me towards exactly what would work for me.

Last year when I first purchased my tiny 13’ travel trailer and needed it serviced, I took it to various places that just did weird, sloppy fixes and missed a dangerous condition passing it’s inspection with no regard to it’s actual condition. Luckily I tried Brooks and not only did they perform the requested maintenance but they noticed the tires were completely unsafe as I was about to head out on a solo cross country trip. The final bill was absolutely fair, actually less than expected-so this year I went straight to them. They got it in quickly, went above and beyond, still fixing other people’s shoddy work. I now know it’s safe and up to date now having been taken care of there. The entire crew is very friendly as well (even the sweet dog)- so it’s a win-win. I highly recommend this place. After experiencing some of the other choices out there I know I’ve found the one reliable place I can trust year after year.

The team at Brooks saved me on my move down to Florida. When I brought my trailer in for a check up before the move, they found a few issues with the tires and bearings and were able to rectify them that same day. 1400 miles later and my trailer made the trip with zero issues, and everything still looks great! Couldn’t recommend them enough for service! And they were really nice too!

Wether it is a repair or buying a new trailer Paul has always treated us like family. Stopped in yesterday to drop off a deck over trailer for repair and left with an additional trailer at a fair price.
